Very much to the parents’ pleasure little Molly also caught a severe bout of ski fever. Lately, with the temperatures going up and the snow, at least in the lower areas, becoming a bit slushy, Molly started to complain that her skis were too slow. Now, the last wax had been applied for the race in Kicking Horse – over three weeks ago! Time to get working on those skis again. Except that this time it wasn’t Daddy, who had a go at it, but big brother Max:

Max fully understood that the performance of the skis could not remain as bad as it was and grabbed the waxing iron to apply the rather excellent “Revelstoke Butter”, a simple, but effective ski wax.
